Dan Bucșa este economist-şef pentru Europa Centrală şi de Est în cadrul UniCredit Bank Londra. Dan este responsabil pentru cercetarea macroeconomică a Grupului UniCredit cu privire la regiunea ECE, are o experienta unică vastă privind regiunea ECE și este bine cunoscut clienţilor din întreaga lume care sunt interesaţi de această regiune.

Figură emblematica a MLS.ro, Raluca este pasionata MLS si de lucrurile facute bine. O fire calda si rabdatoare, este cea din spatele dezvoltarii multor Realtori prin suportul acordat. Daca MLS.ro a ajuns sa fie un fenomen de masa, sa nu uitam ca Raluca este cea care a fost mereu in linia intai.

Cristian este și fondatorul Life Care, una dintre cele mai mari companii de vânzări directe din Europa Centrală și de Est, dar și mentor pentru peste 1.000 de antreprenori.

Sorin este membru fondator APAIR si MLS.ro, precum si parintele Reprezentarii Exclusive in Romania – fiind primul antreprenor care a implementat pachetul complet al Reprezentarii, conform eticii NAR. Un om discret, si un perfectionist pursange, Sorin este cel de numele caruia se leaga lansarea si evolutia multor agenți romani de renume.

Kenny Parcell (ABR®, AHWD, CRS, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Spanish Fork, Utah, is the 2022 President-elect of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Kenny is broker/owner of Equity Real Estate Utah and has sold more than 3,000 homes during his 24-year career.

At the national level, Kenny served as NAR’s Vice President of Government Affairs in 2018. He was the REALTOR® Party RPAC Fundraising Liaison in 2017, Regional Vice President for Region 11 (Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming) in 2016, and REALTOR® Party Director in 2015. Kenny was also the REALTOR® Party Member Involvement Liaison in 2013 and the Information, Communication, and Business Development Liaison in 2012.

In addition, Kenny has served several years on the NAR Board of Directors as well as on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Reserves Investment Advisory Board, and the Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee.

The Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR) elected Kenny as president in 2011 and named him REALTOR® of the Year in 2013.

Kenny served as president of the Utah County Association of REALTORS® (UCAR) in 2008. UCAR named him REALTOR® of the Year in 2006.

REALTOR® Magazine named him as one of its 30 under 30 in 2001.

After serving a two-year mission with the Church of Latter-Day Saints in Tennessee, Kenny returned to play football for Brigham Young University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business in 1998.

Kenny and his wife, Heather, have four children: Kelsey, Cade, McKell, and Wyatt.

Tracy Kasper (AHWD, C2EX, CIPS, CRS, GRI, SFR®), a REALTOR® from Nampa, Idaho, is the 2022 National Association of REALTORS® First Vice President. Previously, she was the 2019 National Association of REALTORS® Vice President of Advocacy.

Tracy is the broker/owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Silverhawk Realty in the Boise Valley and a majority owner in two other Idaho real estate companies. She has 29 years of experience in real estate and specializes in both residential and commercial real estate.

At the national level, Tracy has served on the NAR Board of Directors since 2016 and chaired the 50th Anniversary of RPAC Implementation Group in 2018. She was a member of the Future of the REALTOR® Party Presidential Advisory Group (PAG) in 2017 and the RPAC State Fundraising Partnership Goal PAG in 2016.

Tracy has been a dedicated member of the Idaho Association of REALTORS® since 1997. She was honored to serve as their president in 2016 and was awarded REALTOR® of the Year that same year.

At the local level, she is a primary member of the Caldwell Board of REALTORS®. Tracy is a past president of the Nampa Association of REALTORS®, and is a past REALTOR® of the Year for both the Nampa (2001) and Caldwell (2011) associations.

Tracy has served as Chairman of the Board for the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce (2009) and is a former Honorary Commander for the Idaho Air National Guard in Boise.

Tracy and her husband, Mike, have raised 7 children, and currently have 6 grandchildren. In her spare time, Tracy has helped to raise more than $500,000 for a variety of youth charities in the Boise Valley.

Co-Founder of EAHSP her primary commitment as the EAHSP President is to obtain the deserved credibility and adequate recognition for our profession in Europe.

Her contribution was fundamental in the beginning of the global expansion of IAHSP®

Smaranda is the UPGRADE 100 Executive Director since 2016. As an MBA alumni of London School of Business and Finance and an Executive Program graduate from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, she brings over a decade of experience in business management and market strategy.

With a previous experience in real estate and big box retail within one of the local landmark real estate groups, her interests shifted towards the digital ecosystem and its impact on individual companies and brands. Ever since onboarding the iCEEfest/ UPGRADE 100 team, she has been conducting research and in digital transformation, fintech, social sciences, future of retail and innovation, curating the festival’s agenda, speakers and main content categories and also taking the lead in delivering talks on future of humanity, AI, gender in tech, digital behavior/ psychology.

As a keynote speaker or panel facilitator, Smaranda is positively biased by today’s technological leaps and weaves a narrative of an unprecedented development of humanity in the near future, assisting organizations to become agile in their process of exponential transformation. She’s fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian with a fondness for Arabic, Middle East studies, history, politics and literature.

She’s a keen researcher into topics like future society, AI and innovation in tech, recently awarded a digital anthropology MA with the University College of London.
