Kenny Parcell (ABR®, AHWD, CRS, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Spanish Fork, Utah, is the 2022 President-elect of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Kenny is broker/owner of Equity Real Estate Utah and has sold more than 3,000 homes during his 24-year career.
At the national level, Kenny served as NAR’s Vice President of Government Affairs in 2018. He was the REALTOR® Party RPAC Fundraising Liaison in 2017, Regional Vice President for Region 11 (Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming) in 2016, and REALTOR® Party Director in 2015. Kenny was also the REALTOR® Party Member Involvement Liaison in 2013 and the Information, Communication, and Business Development Liaison in 2012.
In addition, Kenny has served several years on the NAR Board of Directors as well as on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Reserves Investment Advisory Board, and the Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee.
The Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR) elected Kenny as president in 2011 and named him REALTOR® of the Year in 2013.
Kenny served as president of the Utah County Association of REALTORS® (UCAR) in 2008. UCAR named him REALTOR® of the Year in 2006.
REALTOR® Magazine named him as one of its 30 under 30 in 2001.
After serving a two-year mission with the Church of Latter-Day Saints in Tennessee, Kenny returned to play football for Brigham Young University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business in 1998.
Kenny and his wife, Heather, have four children: Kelsey, Cade, McKell, and Wyatt.
